By placing an order with Blunt Threads (operated by Smajo AB), you agree to these terms.

Products & content
Blunt Threads sells graphic apparel featuring humor, satire, and commentary that may be dark, crude, or provocative. By purchasing, you acknowledge the content is intended as humor and you are choosing to purchase it as such. Product images are representative; slight variation in print placement, color, and fabric is normal with print-on-demand manufacturing and is not grounds for a defect claim.

Pricing & availability
Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g. suspected fraud, pricing errors, or abuse of our return/credit policy), and to discontinue products at any time.

Order acceptance
Receipt of an order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, in which case you will receive a full refund.

Intellectual property
All designs, logos, and site content are the property of Smajo AB / Blunt Threads and may not be reproduced, copied, or used commercially without written permission.

Limitation of liability
Blunt Threads and Smajo AB are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes will be handled under Swedish jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections you're entitled to in your country of residence.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
